Behind the scenes: liaison for our Welsey Hall performance space and often helps with props on productions; recently he worked on "Harvey" and "Of Mice and Men."

Lyricist and Pianist: As a professional Cabaret performer, Mr. Truex has worked as Musical Director at Mater Dei High School for their Spring Theater productions for over five years. He also serves as Vice President of Cabaret For Life, a not for profit charitable organization serving people with life threatening illnesses. He serves as the Associate organist/choir director at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Spring Lake.

I am no stranger to the stage. With more than 20 years of experience in every facet of theater including stage crew, directing, and acting, I received two community theater awards in New York for Best Director and Best Actor. In May 2010, I began hosting a talk radio show on WRCC 1260 AM in Washington DC and Baltimore. The show is based on the paranormal entitled “Haunted America”. It airs on Saturday evenings.

Fran is an excellent seamstress, enjoys the theatre, playing bridge, and traveling. Her retirement from Bellcore, after twenty-one years of employment, is well deserved. She is married to James, a mother of two children, and has two grandchildren.

Bill's other interests are creative writing, walking, and biking. He has been employed for the past three years as an Account Manager for Micro Warehouse. "It is an honor to be involved in theatre. Having started his acting career only eleven years ago, he has pursued his craft by attending acting schools in New York and is currently attending Playwrights Theatre Acting School in New Jersey. He finds acting a stimulating activity that keeps him young in mind and spirit. He is very thankful to The Board for his recent appointment to this auspicious group. Nicole is so grateful to be a member of South Street Players. Her passion for performing arts started in her freshman year of high school and continues to grow every day. Rob has acted in numerous theatrical & video productions and has written plays produced in the US & Canada: Destinations, Love of Your Life, Eve, & Beer for Breakfast. For TV, he wrote the pilot episode of “That’s Disgusting!” a children’s series for Discovery Kids. Prior to this, he worked at the NYC soap Guiding Light. He has directed various full-lengths, one-acts, and children’s shows. Rob has an M.S. in Broadcasting Production/B.S. in Business from Boston University.
